These are the steps for preparing a PCEVN and 
the VSIC setup for recording data as 
daisychain/piggyback from the Mh Mark system.

After checking that the setup works, do EndM5 
to allow the geodetics the honour of starting 
Mark5A themselves, behind a 'script -fA mk5.[date]'
log.

Mark5:
  diskpack on
  Mark5A -m0 

FS1:
  proc=euro89mh
  setupsx
  schedule=euro89mh

VSIC:
  input goes to Mk5 back Output Set#1
  mode D

PC:
  VSIB to any output #1 or #2

  if 
   'dmesg | grep filled' shows an overfilled ringbuffer
  and the 
    '/usr/src/vsib/wr 80000 10000 0 0 0 0 1 /raid/s/dummy.bin 10000 < /dev/vsib'
  test gives a strange data rate, try 
  rmmod and modprobe vsib bigbufsize=144000000

  if that didn't help, check that the VSIB card is
  seated correctly in the PCI slot and that the 
  card and VSI cable connectors aren't hanging a 
  bit loose...
