040728 situation:

- The "master source list" still is an excel file maintained by Merja.
  Currently: /home/mtt/blazar/lahdelista_2004_2.xls
  (protected, sorry).

- The ra and priority ordered lists are now more correct ones than the
  individual lists; the source names have not been changed but some
  of the coordinates have (see below; there were some incorrect entries).
  Ie. don't use those to create new source lists, otherwise you should
  be able to live with them.

- Be aware of this:
  IF the declination is -00 ..., excel annoyingly changes this into 00
  if they are numbers!
  Now my excel file and my conversion program sourcelist.pl try to 
  manage this.
  For the "muunna" program the abovementioned cases need to have entries
  in the format:  -deg -arcmin arcsec    (if declination is -00).
  Thus be careful if you write programs that automatically extract 
  coordinates from these files; check the cases with negative declinations
  and especially those with -00 degrees!

- If a new gix_sources.list needs to be created, I can do it from
  my excel file with a perl program sourcelist.pl that sticks to the
  format requirements of the Vax programs.
