Hákon arrived from Iceland to Finland in June 2005. He is a bay gelding born in 1998, a big friendly boy with a larger-than-life head. Hákon is a calm boy, easy to handle, with a sensitive side. He has a sturdy diesel engine, but, when warmed up, also has the fast, sensitive gear in him.

June 2006

We enjoy long hacks and discovering new routes through forests -no obstacle is too big (or dense...) for us. The sparkle of Hákon's Icelandic spirit is exhilarating, as are his willingness and curiosity.
