Repaired the PPS MUX. Maser seem to have jumped 1.6 milliseconds
during the maintenance period, corrected the difference to the
nominal 10 us from GPS.

In addition to the last comment, the FBC TV sync is now at
channel 14 as the msb of the MUX is dead and we are waiting for
a replacement.

Now temperature channels are working again.
